Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://bigalslandscaping.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Construction Framing, Concrete Services, Concrete Foundation, Hardscaping, Pavers, Landscaping, Patio Installation provided by Big Al's Landscaping. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Big Al's Landscaping (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Big Al's Landscaping may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Big Al's Landscaping disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Big Al's Landscaping's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Big Al's Landscaping harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under ND law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in ND for any related dispute.
Updates. Big Al's Landscaping reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
